All products sold by Peptide Scientific Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption.
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of these materials:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
Order Protection Guarantee
We stand behind every shipment.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Incorrect item
- Missing items
You are covered under our 48-Hour Delivery Guarantee.
What we will do:
- Free replacement shipment OR
- Store credit (your choice)
Requirements:
- Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Shipping Issues
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement or delivery:
- We will investigate with the carrier
If confirmed lost:
- Reship at no cost
- OR issue store credit
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
Customer must check:
- Mailbox
- Front desk
- Neighbors
If still missing:
- We assist with claim
- Resolution is at our discretion
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase
- After processing → cannot be canceled
Non-Returnable Situations
We do NOT offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect product selection
- Improper handling or storage after delivery
- Misunderstanding of product use
Product Integrity Disclaimer

- Products cannot be returned once shipped
- We cannot verify handling conditions post-delivery
